Logging In

Each of your two personas has its own set of login credentials. You'll use these to sign in to Glean (and optionally, directly into the connected apps like Teams, SharePoint, or Confluence).

Step 1 — Open Glean

Navigate to the Glean login page in your browser:

Tip

Use an incognito/private window or a separate browser profile to avoid conflicts with any existing Microsoft or corporate account you might be signed into. This is especially important if you want to switch between your two personas.

Step 2 — Enter Your Persona Email

On the Glean login page, enter the persona email address from your Welcome Email — e.g. firstname.lastname@coverly.one — and click Log In.

Step 3 — Authenticate via Microsoft Entra ID

You'll be redirected to the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) sign-in page for Coverly. Enter:

  • Username: Your persona email (same as Step 2)
  • Password: The temporary password from your Welcome Email

On your first login, you may be prompted to change your password or complete additional security steps. Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.

Step 4 — You're In!

After authenticating, you'll be redirected back to Glean. You should now see the Glean home page, personalized for your persona's identity — including their name, department, and relevant content.

Switching Between Personas

To switch to your other persona:

  1. Sign out of the current session by clicking your profile avatar in the top-right corner of Glean and selecting Sign Out
  2. Clear any cached Microsoft sessions (or use a separate incognito/private window)
  3. Repeat the login steps above using your second persona's credentials

Pro tip

The easiest way to use both personas simultaneously is to open each in a separate browser profile (e.g. Chrome Profile 1 and Profile 2) or use one in a regular window and the other in an incognito window.

Signing In to Connected Apps Directly

You can also sign in to the underlying apps (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.) directly using the same persona credentials. This can be useful if you want to:

  • Upload files to OneDrive or SharePoint
  • Browse Teams channels and conversations
  • View Confluence spaces or Jira boards in their native UI

Simply go to the app's login page and authenticate with your persona's @coverly.one email and password.

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
"Account not found" error Double-check you're using the @coverly.one email from your Welcome Email, not your corporate email
Password rejected Ensure you're using the password from the Welcome Email, or the new password you set on first login
Redirected to wrong organization Clear browser cookies/cache, or use an incognito window to avoid conflicts with existing Microsoft sessions
Can't switch personas Make sure you've fully signed out of both Glean and Microsoft before logging in with the other persona
